The Canadian company Armstrong Fluid Technologies, a manufacturer of intelligent fluid flow equipment, acquired the “Pumps” business unit from HALM Motors + Systems GmbH, part of the AUMA Group, as part of a carve-out deal involving employees and assets in Germany and Hungary.
