The role of benten capital
In order to provide the optimal support for implementing the current growth and diversification strategy, which required a greater level of liquidity, the shareholder commissioned benten capital to undertake an M&A process on behalf of Andreas Lupold Hydrotechnik GmbH. benten initiated a structured international investor process, while addressing the relevant market and developing the interest of several parties through intensive rounds of negotiation until the conclusion of the purchase contract. It was vital to identify a strategic partner with both in-depth knowledge of the hydraulic industry and the necessary financial strength for further extensive investments.
