Scope
The following privacy policy applies to the processing of personal data by benten Capital GmbH & Co. KG, Hohenzollernstrasse 1, 70178 Stuttgart, email: info@benten-capital.com as the controller within the meaning of Art. 4 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”).
The protection of your data is important to us, particularly with regard to protecting your privacy when we process and use this information. Automated data collection and processing by the browser

Our server log files are not analysed in relation to personal use. The provider cannot allocate these data to specific persons at any time. These data are not combined with other data sources.
With the exception of the IP address, the data mentioned in section 2.1 are collected and processed by an additional statistical analysis program. The statistical analysis is performed for the purposes of advertising, market research and for the purpose of organising our website in line with user requirements (legal basis Art. 6(1)(1)(f) of the GDPR). No personal data are stored during the analysis. The collected data are used to create anonymised usage profiles. Cookies (see section 5) can be used for this purpose. The data collected by the statistical analysis program cannot be used to personally identify the user of the website as the data are not combined with personal data.

Google Maps

Collection and processing of data provided voluntarily
General contact
If you provide us with personal data by email or via our website (surname, first name, email address, address), this is generally on a voluntary basis. On our careers page, you can send us a speculative application or apply for a specific vacancy. To enable this, we offer you the option of using our application portal. Your data (name, email address, address, contact details, application documents) are processed only within the context of the vacancy concerned (Art. 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, Section 26 of the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG)) or within the scope of the consent you have given regarding their use for other vacancies (Art. 6(1)(a) of the GDPR). In the event of a rejection or a negative decision regarding your application, the transmitted data will be erased at the earliest 3 months after the end of the application process. This does not apply if legal provisions prevent the erasure or it is necessary to continue storing the data for the purpose of evidence or you have consented to a longer storage period.
Disclosure to third parties
If you transmit personal data to us, these will generally not be passed on to third parties. They will be passed on only
